pr0xy 0 Posted November 22, 2014 Share Posted November 22, 2014 I don't have any playback issue using the web client (which is why I am posting here), however when I play the same media with the Windows 8.1 store app I continue to have problems. After 5-10 minutes of playback the screen will freeze and get stuck at buffering. There is no workaround other than to not use the app. I have attached todays logs when the issues occur. I prefer the App over the web client but at this point I can't use it. Also, if there is a transcode log post that too. I can't help you but pretty sure they will need those logs as well to see where the issue is.
