Server Version 4.7.14.0 

Client Version = newest version for the tv I am assuming as my friend just downloaded it and started it up.

That’s really odd. So it’s a remote connection? Is there a reverse proxy involved?

It is a remote connection. It is a custom domain external address that hits the reverse proxy of my synology but I haven’t seen this issue with any other one of my remote connections before.

Ok nvm there might be something wrong with my configuration. Web browser is able to connect remotely but noticed even my own phone mobile app is not able to connect remotely..
