crusher11 861
On the FireTV client, I can see only the Final Cut, in both 4K and 1080p. On other clients, all six versions of the film are available. Different users, so potentially a permissions issue, but AFAIK there's nothing in place on the FireTV user that would cause this. All three versions of each resolution are in the same folder, and the parental controls restrict only a couple of tags, neither of which is applied to any version of Apocalypse Now. Further, when playing the 4K version of the film, the screen is blank. I can't even bring up the OSD. Audio is fine, as are other 4K/DolbyVision films. embyserver.txt
Luke 37254
HI, can you please show how they appear in the Emby Fire TV app, and also how they appear in the Emby web app? Thanks.
crusher11 861
Hmm. Logged in as the other user to try that, and it turns out it's actually a user issue not a device issue, so this thread should be moved. That being the case, web screenshots only. Affected user: Non-affected user:
crusher11 861
Actually...that's not the same as the FireTV, because that's showing the Theatrical 4K and Final 1080p. The FireTV shows only the Final 4K and Final 1080p. Bizarre.
crusher11 861
Also the playback issue is presumably FireTV related.
ebr 14959
Possibly the same as this:
crusher11 861
That doesn't address the playback issue, however.
