Live TV isn't playing

Hi,
I use Emby Server 4.8.3.0 on my Synology NAS DS224+ with DSM 7.2.1-69057 Update 3, and I have a Premium to be able to use live TV.
The problem is that live TV isn't playing, I do not see anything on my Emby clients (iPad, browser, TV). The error that is displayed in the browser is "No compatible streams are currently available".
I'd like to note that everything was ok for Emby Server 4.7.14.0 which is proposed by Synology from its Package Center.
But after the upgrade, there are no video, error only.
Could you please help me with that?
I have attached logs, the only thing I changed there is to replace my private key with "my_private_key_here".

I supposed that upgrading to 4.8.4 would fix the issue, but unfortunately, there is still no playback.

Can anyone help me, please?

Hi, are you still having an issue with this?

Hello, Luke

I didn't resolve the issue for 4.8.x.

What I did was remove 4.8.x completely, and installed 4.7 from Synology package center.

Now it works ok.

Now, when I'm on 4.7, I am not sure that the problem is in the Emby version.

Probably it matters that I had 2 m3u playlists with 2 XML teleguides (now, on 4.7 I use the one m3u and teleguide).

I do not know if this can be the root cause.

HI, can you provide example log files from 4.7? Thanks.

OK can you install 4.8 and then the diagnostics plugin. The plugin has a method to alter our ffmpeg command line via search and replace.

Let's try a few things and we should be able to get to the bottom of this.

Please do a search and replace on this:

 -copypriorss:a:0 0 -fflags +discardcorruptts+fillwallclockdts

And just replace it with empty.

If that doesn't help, then try each of these individually, each time replacing them with empty:

 -reconnect_on_network_error 1

then

 -reconnect_on_http_error 5xx,4xx

Please note all three of these search strings have a blank space at the beginning and no space at the end.

Let's see if one of these three resolves it.

Thanks.

Hello, @Luke

I'm sorry for the delay, and I haven't tried to apply your suggestions yet.
I will try, of course, but I have several questions.

1. Should I totally uninstall 4.7 before 4.8 installation?
2. Now when I'm on 4.7 I do not see diagnostics plugin. Do I understand right that I will see it for 4.8?

Hi, you can just install 4.8 on top of 4.7.

The diagnostic plugin is in the plugin catalog, in the general section.
