icpilot 0
I had a failed attempt to install Emby Server on a Netgear RR2304 NAS. I later tried to use the 'Remove' option from the Admin page, but it returned an error. All this happened some time ago and my recollection is not entirely clear. Since then I've noticed the automated creation of .bif files and files with an extension including '-poster.jpg' each time I copy a MP4 or MKV file to the NAS and I believe this is due to a setting in Emby. Very recently I decided to try to find the script(s)/process(es) responsible and delete them. What I discovered is a number of Emby Server files in different directories. Can anyone provide useful guidance on how I may completely remove all traces of Emby Server from the NAS?

Luke 37180
@icpilotyou'll need to uninstall Emby Server, then manually delete the server data folder, which is usually: /home/emby/ Please let us know if this helps. Thanks !
