mlapoint 5
My HDHomeRun has worked flawlessly with Emby for the last 10 or so years. I normally use it to record football games. This season, I set it up to record, and nothing happened. I then figured I would try and watching live TV through Emby and that failed with the error in the PDF I attached. I did a little searching on the web and came across a post on the Emby Community that seemed to be the same issue as I was having. I replied to their topic saying, "Has this been addressed yet?" and Luke replied that I should make a new topic and follow the "Media Playback Issues" post. Server Pop_OS 22.04 Current OS Build Emby Version 4.7.6.0 Running on the Brave browser (but I tried it on Chrome and it came back with the same error) Thank You, Mike Live TV.pdf embyserver (1).txt ffmpeg-transcode-deda669a-344a-451d-ad59-1121fefada22_1 (1).txt

Luke 37064
Hi, as a test, if you disable hardware transcoding in server transcoding options, does that make a difference?
mlapoint 5
Well, it sort of works, but I went ahead and ordered a new HDHomeRun Flex Duo today. I think it will be better for me because it supposedly gets better reception and I also bought a 4G/5G filter as well. Thank You for getting back to me though. mlapoint 5
I plugged in the new HDHomeRun and it works correctly for both watching and Recording TV. Thank You, Mike
