steve1977 67
I was hoping to use play-to from my iphone or ipad. It does work well from MBS, but unfortunately it is not working from the iphone app. Not sure whether this is a feature request or bug report? Anything I can be helpful with with debug logs or troubleshooting? Thanks!!!
darwindeeds 356
The iPad app should let you play to DLNA devices, the iPhone app has not been updated in a while. We are working on merging the iPad app with the iphone and make it universal and the DNLA support should work when that happens.

Thanks, I just tried and it indeed appears to be working from the ipad. Not working though I would have expected. It is actually streaming from MBS to ipad and then from ipad to HTPC. This leads to transcoding and also that the movie stops once I close the ipad app. Any chance to have the ipad/iphone app trigger a stream from MBS to the HTPC instead? Strage, I thought it was still broken as it has never worked for me on the iPad. I get an error 400 message on the iPad when trying to play to any DLNA device. mozbius 3
Is there a time/date when we can hope to see an update of the iOS app to allow PlayTo DLNA device? That is one awesome "vaporfeature" that I can't wait to play with! :-)
