I reworked my original 4k transcode killer to just target hevc transcoding and instead of being on a schedule job to be on playback reporting.  I only tested on web ui/ios/shield. https://github.com/bakes82/Emby.HEVCTranscodeKiller Update 4/8/2022 - Added paused video killing.
