jlj1950 7
Hello, How do I turn the info/chapters panel off? I've tried all my remote buttons and nothing seems to work. There doesn't seem to be an icon on the screen for that. Thanks

My TV and remote are from 2018, if that makes any difference.

Solution jlj1950 7 Posted February 19, 2022 Author Solution Share Posted February 19, 2022 I've discovered the solution. On the LG MAgic Remote for 2018, there is a circular wheel with directional arrows on the rim and a button in the center. This wheel is central to use on the LG app. Start playing a video. Press the down arrow and the info/chaptrs option pops up. The left-right arrows move between info and chapters. The up arrow restores the full screen video. The problem can occur that clicking on the info panel can stop that functionality. Stick to using the wheel and there is no problem. The same thing is true of the back button. Clicking on the screen somewhere, maybe the info/chapters panel, can stop that functionality.
SamES 892
What happens if you press the back button when the panel is up? what happens if you press it during playback, but without the panel up?
