No gmt +8 in roku can server compensate by giving roku incorrect time

Not sure is this the right forum. Currently roku doesnt support Western Australian timezone. Wa is +gmt 8 the closest i can get is +gmt 10. So was wondering is it possible for the server setting to tell the roku incorrect time so it gets shown correctly on roku.

 

So how it should work lets say the show correct time is 8 pm in roku it will get displayed as 10 pm so server should pass to roku as 6 pm. This may not be possible.

 

Also in roku live tv starts then few seconds after it buffers than it plays fine. So it is bit strange that it buffers twice.
