Emby Server on a qnap ts-673a with additional lp video card

Has anyone created a virtual machine to allow for hardware offloading to a GTX 1650 lp video card or even ran emby server directly on the QNAP TS-673A with the Ryzen V1500B processor?

I've got 8gb ram atm but thinking about expanding to 16gb or 32gb was going to install x2 1tb M.2 NVME drives for the virtual machine space to be raid 0

 

Any advice would be welcome as my current emby server is a Windows 10 desktop i5 4th gen processor with a GTX 1650 LP card (same on that im going to move to the QNAP)
