muehlberger 4
Hi forum, I'm using the plugin 3.7.5 with the current version of NextPVR 5.2.4.220103 and Emby 4.6.7.0. Recording video works fine, live tv works fine. BUT playing a recorded video through Emby does not work. It just plays nothing, but no error is presented. I ticked the option "Allow unauthenticated access for streaming Live TV / Recordings" in NextPVR. The "transcoding-temp" directory is filled up with lots of files. emveepee 112
NextPVR is supplying the raw ts file correctly, that is a Emby video issue so you need to provide normal Emby support logs for the Emby team. That snippets isn't complete but I do note that AC-3 is not being transcoded which could be a concern if your client cannot direct play. Further to you comments direct browser playback of recording would need a special type of mp4, if that is something you actually want there is an option in NextPVR to create them after recording.
