WAKE ON LAN
First... I'm a Plex refugee. Plex's Live TV has become unstable, and based on what I see on their forums, it doesn't appear the folks at Plex have much interest in continued support of Live TV. So, I installed Emby hoping for a solution/replacement. So far I'm impressed. Kudos to the folks at Emby. Emby appears the be a slick, reliable solution.

Yes. I would like Emby to just send the Wake On Lan/packets automatically when it opens. I'm not wild about having to sit through two failed connection attempt timeouts before I can manually command Emby to wake the server. As is, its actually easier and faster to just use the Wake On Lan app to wake the server manually before opening Emby, but this seems to be an unnecessary/onerous step. You should be able to just open Emby and do what you need to do without the extra hassle of using the Wake
