honelnik 1 Posted November 7, 2021 Share Posted November 7, 2021 (edited) Hi, just yesterday I installed and purchased the app Unlock via my Android TV, however the app cannot be unlocked. When I try to "restore the unlock" it tells me the "Unlock is not purchased", but when I try to re-purchase, google play tells me I already own the unlock. I have a single google account on my device, it's the same device I purchased it on, left it for 24hrs, rebooted, nothing helped. Internet access is OK, not blocked by any FW. ebr 14960 Posted November 7, 2021 Share Posted November 7, 2021 Hi. Thanks for the log. The response we are getting from Google is that the unlock has not been purchased. I wonder if this is some sort of incompatibility with that older model Android TV - although I doubt that. It is running only Android 7.0 but I don't see any errors in the process.
