An anime show crashing emby server and app lg

there is only  one anime show called shaman king 2021 tryed different resource but same when i play it crash all from server synology emby to app on lg tv 

on pc and tablet it works normal but only when trying to play it throug emby 

i am currently on beta dsm 7

It would be better to understand why this is transcoding at all.  This message suggests that there may be an issue with the video format of this file

I think this might be due to an issue with the way "High 10" videos were handled in the current LG app, so it may DirectPlay in the next release which will be better.

If you put this file on a USB drive and connect it to the TV directly, can you play it successfully with the LG Video app (without subtitles enabled)?
