Was still broken for me as well after updating to the latest plugin v 3.8.10.0. Installed updated plugin. Restarted Emby. The Trakt user settings still showed "Get PIN" which resulted in the same old broken flow. Refreshed the Trakt preferences web page with dev tools open (which I have set to disable cache) and then saw "Generate TRAKT code" instead of Get PIN. I suspect the Trakt preferences page was being served from cache even though I restarted Emby server.

You haven't updated your plug-in. That's the old one still.

@LukeHi, yes I'll try and get the logs and attach them but the description is: When watching a recording that is part way through I can't Fast Forward, but once the recording is finished I can. Thanks for looking into this. Bob

Does not work for me. Freshly installed Emby instance, installed latest Trakt plugin version (3.8.10.0), restarted the server, clicked on "Get PIN" in the Trakt user settings page, a new tab opens in the browser, the follogin dialog appears, I click on the "Authorize" (Autorisieren) button, nothing happens. I would have expected to get an authentication PIN to enter into the Trakt settings in Emby or that the PIN would somehow be retrieved automatically, but not sure what the expected result should be because I could not find any documentation. Then I thougt, maybe it already worked somehow and tried to run the scheduled taks, but it runs for 0 seconds:

If the intention is to allow for a differtent quality, that's not working. The second download still stays in the "Ready to Transfer" state.

How exactly do you get to that folder info?

add a fetcher option for actor bio's, I dont know why its not an option. at present they are loaded on demand. with no internet = up to a minute blank screen before it times out and then finally displays other movies the actor has been in.

Worked for me as well! Was able to Generate a TRAKT code, activate it via the link, and confirmed Watched Status was sent to trakt via Scheduled Tasks with 'Export Library to Trakt' (even those watched over the past cpl weeks while integration was broken).

There's nothing to show beside the screensaver showing my photo.

It lets you do this because you might set the second one up at a different quality than the first. We'll probably need a log from the app to see why the second one is not getting downloaded.

Add an option to do what? Using iptv wont' matter until you actually try to play.

I mean both, but the request is mainly referred to partially watched it at some point but haven't finished. Before to create the request I have been checking the forum, to see if someone asked for the same and avoid duplicities. I have found information about a plugin for detecting active streamings, but nothing related to this request, although I did not a deep search. Thanks!

I haven't done intro or credit detection since the original third-party plugin. There's the built-in option, and then a few others I've seen pop up recently. What's the best option? I do have a few series where there are multiple intros in a given season (a short one and a long one, depending on the episode); is there anything out there that handles that? I assume there is still nothing that has the thumbnail viewing options for editing that the original plugin had? Detection was sometimes a bit off and that was super helpful in picking up errors.

Hardware. Your TV does not have an opus decoder. That's because, prior to recent versions, the TV app was using an embedded ffmpeg to decode it in software on-device. We can no longer do that in this app so have to run it through the server when the hardware doesn't directly support it. The standard app can still use ffmpeg to decode in software.

Just download the same movie twice on a single device. It's trivial to reproduce. A specific example is shown below.

Thanks Luke. This is only based on my personal experience. Some times, after to finish a movie or TV show, I use the delete function in the client, if I am not interested in keeping a copy in the library. But I don't like to do it if one o some of the users are watching it. And I have to check it manually, or at least I do not know if there is other way to do it. Fortunately I only have a couple of users in my server. Regards.

Updated to 3.8.10.0 and the connection to Trakt is working

I am currently running emby server on a Windows 11 computer. I'm using version 4.9.5.0. Each time I try to download music files to a device, the server goes through the motion of converting the files, transferring them, then immediately deleting the files it transferred.
