I saw several references that for this to work in Emby you need the donor version. I made a donation at the comskip site but haven't been provided any info for the donor version. What am I missing? Thanks.

Hi, thnx for this great program. I`ve tested xnoppo in the past but it didn`t work flawless for me. I`ve got emby runnning on a homebuild server with openmediavault, a LG OLED 65G6, marantz nr1711 and a chinoppo (sold my oppo 203 ) and sofar it works perfectly. Only little thing i could find is that the chinoppo needs to be turned on before i use Emby, home cinema control doesn`t activate the player.

Nested groups using SQL dbase is a complex issue. Easy to describe, but difficult to code. It's the "Easier said than done" type. Most online sites do not offer this type of nested selection. Even the search engines avoid it. I can't think of an online example. If you know of a site that does it, perhaps list it in this post. It could be helpful. You multiple what dev hours cost and divide by how many users have agreed that the feature is a good one. Then you get the cost per user who wants to use the feature. Also important, is how easy would the feature be to market it as a bonus for the software? I would imagine features may not be given the green light, if cost per user goes up too high. It is easy to come to averages that are more than $1000 / user pretty quick. Finally, you don't really want to slow down the response time for anyone, so new features need to be designed to only kick in when a user clicks on it, and not have to run in the background, because that could slow other pages on the server. That can be tricky to do.

About to test it, and your BespokeDB - just downloaded today. Will let you know how it goes, any feedback etc. But I look the idea of these - I personally run a seperate library with my Criterion versions, independant of other libraries, but I would much prefer a solution like this. Cheers

Without a full log, I can only give an educated guess, but this is the kind of error that is likely coming from your live tv source and not Emby.

I think I get the distinction with the different parts. But regarding the editions, the official Emby docs on Movie Naming specifically for Multi-version movies shows I do not see how this is inline with versions only being for resolution or encoding. Here the example explicitly shows that it is for extended / directors cuts too. Or what am I missing?

Does removing the download DELETE from the device though? I'd like it to delete from the device but not the server. Doesn't seem to delete from the device though.

Possible to get this into the current Beta cycle? I now have finished letter K and I'm at 6636 Epsiodes with 1338 of them having after credits scenes. I'd love to get this as soon as possible.

The update is run as part of the "Refresh Internet Channels" scheduled task in Emby. You can trigger it manually and you can configure when it should run. That's abou item identity. We still need to look into that one. That's also related to what others have reported about resume positions getting lost.

For those interested. Embycredits can be a little overwhelming for some with the amount of settings. I've started work on making EmbyCredit per default work and feel more like Embys own intro skipper. Plan is: Basically, install and forget. TV show libraries will automatically be seen and have detections run on them when new videos are added. Scheduled task will also be available. Many settings will be hidden unless a button is pressed. Some settings will be removed completely as nobody uses them and in the end can make detections fail if not det correctly. No plans of changing anything OCR as that is already a more advanced thing to set up anyway. No idea when it will be done but thought people might be interested in knowing. Would love to hear what you guys think and if you have any ideas for it (or anything in general)

As I advised, there's nothing in the logs, it shows it playing. It only ever happens in the Android app on TV, never in the Android app on Android or Android TV app on Android TV. Good to see you're as helpful with everyone else as you are in this thread.

My own, there's nothing in the logs that shows why this happens either, it just shows it as playing.
