Sub-Killer Plugin - remove unwanted subs (Samsung Friendly)

I used to use this plugin and was involved in the early testing. Unfortunatly as @GrimReapersaid the dev hasn't been active for a long while now so I have started using FileFlows to remove all but English subs. It works well and if that is all you want to do you can use the free version. At some point I might also remove non English audio.
  3. Hi, I am experiencing persistent micro-stutters when playing 25 FPS content in the native Emby app on Apple TV. The same files play perfectly smoothly in Infuse on the same Apple TV, so the issue does not appear to be related to the files themselves, the server, or the network connection. Interestingly, I do not experience this issue with 23.976 FPS content. Those files play smoothly in the native Emby app. The problem seems to occur specifically with 25 FPS content. My setup: Device: Apple TV App: Native Emby app for Apple TV Apple TV settings: Match Content Frame Rate: enabled Match Dynamic Range: enabled Content affected: 25 FPS video files Content not affected: 23.976 FPS video files Result in Emby app with 25 FPS content: persistent micro-stutters during playback Result in Emby app with 23.976 FPS content: smooth playback Result in Infuse with the same 25 FPS files: perfectly smooth playback I have already tested the common Apple TV video settings, including enabling frame-rate matching and dynamic-range matching. Unfortunately, the issue still occurs only in the Emby app and only with 25 FPS content. Could you please investigate whether the Emby Apple TV app is correctly triggering the proper output refresh rate for 25 FPS content, or whether there may be an issue in the tvOS playback pipeline used by the Emby app? Please let me know if you need any logs, playback stats, or sample file information. I would be happy to provide them. Thanks.

Sub-Killer Plugin - remove unwanted subs (Samsung Friendly)

The plugin is in hiatus, plugin Dev hasn't been present on the forums for over a year, so you might not get the update in forseeable future - or ever. If feasible, alternate venues might be worth exploring.

Sub-Killer Plugin - remove unwanted subs (Samsung Friendly)

Just found this, and it works great, but there is a problem with the newer servers, you can't scroll on the plugin page to get to all settings, in a browser. Another option to add since you are already remixing the mkv files is to remove non matching audio tracks.

    New Emby Server Release: 4.9.5.0

    no go same error.
  9. Hi @Luke any plans for stable release ? I would rather stay on stable release , but at the same time don't want to have the server vulnerable to this.

    Plugin: Home Screen Companion

This was resolved in an earlier version, but it seems to have recurred. Other collections work fine, but attempting to match movies in my “1,001 Movies You Must See Before You Die” collection returns zero results.

    Ratings Sync

Very much enjoying this but had one suggestions. Currently EMBY lets you natively swap theMovieDB ratings for IMDB on the display. It would be cool if your plugin had that toggle as well. Or even better is if it had toggles to let you store one of the other ratings options into the IMDB metadata location.

    2-Factor Authentication (2FA)

No, because Emby is still the front end for the login. LDAP would just make it communicate with Authentik to authenticate the credentials. Additionally, 2FA would just mean adding the TOTP code to the end of the password field. So no, it doesn't "work good as well."
  16. Hi, we are currently working on publishing 4.10.0.16 beta, which will have the magicyuv decoder disabled. Thanks.

    External Connection Issues

Look, the non-curious about actually learning will rely on the YouTubes... all they care about is views and AD Revenue. Getting back to topic. OP there is a very specific reason that WE (ME) want a bridged solution. Your Google ONT probably doesnt have dyndns. Yes Bridge Mode is what you want, but that is later. Please get the basic setup with your Google ONT (without the Netgear) then move onto buying a real router (Anything that is RMerlin ASUSWRT Compatible and throw him/her a few bucks for their hardwork). That will allow YOUR Asus Router to update your domain provider with your domain and update them in real time (almost) your IP address so you don't have to remember nor provide your external users with an IP Address. Listen.... or read... I can go on and on, but lets crawl before we run? Sigh... I have a strong urge to write a guide, but you know, you gentlefolks have the tools that I never had. /CrankyOld Woman.
  26. EmbyWeeklyDigest sends a popup to everyone's session listing every movie and brand-new TV series added to your library in the last 7 days — fully automated, no scripts or cron jobs needed. Features Runs as a native Emby Scheduled Task (Dashboard → Scheduled Tasks → EmbyWeeklyDigest) — default is Friday 6:00 PM, change the day/time or run it on demand right from Emby's own scheduling UI Lists new movies and brand-new TV series (a new episode of a show you already have doesn't count — only first-time series) Shows release year + community rating next to each title, e.g. Movie Title (2026) - 7.4/10 TV shows sorted newest-first by release year; shows older than 5 years are skipped by default so the digest stays focused on what's actually new to you Deferred delivery — if you're offline when it sends, you get it automatically next time you log in Config page with header text, movie/TV toggles, skip-when-empty, auto-dismiss timeout, a "Send Test Digest" button, and digest history with per-user delivery tracking Install Download EmbyWeeklyDigest.Plugin.dll from the latest release: https://github.com/sftech13/embyweeklydigest/releases/latest Copy it to your Emby plugins folder and restart Emby Configure it under Dashboard → Plugins → EmbyWeeklyDigest Source / full README: https://github.com/sftech13/embyweeklydigest
