Hi, you won't see it visually, but they are inherited for parental control restrictions. -
Are all the affected users running Emby Server Beta? As fare as I know "Autotag" renamed "Home Screen Companion" is only working with Emby Beta server.

Hi, I applied a tag to a folder, but when searching for videos with the tag, nothing comes up. Does applying a tag to a folder actually do anything? And if so, is the only way to do something like this through a plugin like Mass Metadata Editor? -

The 500 is not a transcoding failure — ffmpeg is never launched. The server log shows FfRunException wrapping a NullReferenceException from Emby.Server.MediaEncoding.Unified.Ffmpeg, with no ffmpeg log entry at all. So the null is dereferenced while assembling the run for fmp4 segments, before any process starts. And it looks specific to audio-only output. The same server, same version, same fMP4 container, but a movie instead of a track: Playlist Init First segment Video v7 + EXT-X-MAP 1,317 B 234,856 B Audio v7 + EXT-X-MAP 500 500 So fMP4 segments are served fine here — just not for an audio-only stream. -

I use ClassificationMapper and NfoMetadata too and don’t had issues AutoTag I don’t use and never did…

@ebr AutoTag ClassificationMapper NfoMetadata Of all the plugins one of the users was running these are the ones i could personally suspect could maybe have a hand it in, purely based on that they lookup and changed metadata. IMPORTANT!! I'm not saying that they are responsible for what happened, just that i think they *COULD MAYBE* have!!!! Not accusing any one of anything here!

When I get home in a bit I can check and see in their logs if there are some common plugins between them.

yeah, of course. the cast is working fine, only director, writer, etc not picking up tmdb id. but for movies library all cast & crews is getting tmdb id.

Fair point, and you are right that there is no upload for a Trakt export today: our Trakt import only reads the API after you authorize us. I should not have implied otherwise. Two things: If you would rather not touch your Trakt authorizations at all, you do not have to go through Trakt for new watches. Emby can talk to Seenr directly with a webhook, so your plays land in Seenr as you watch, with no third party in between: https://seenr.app/en/integrations/emby For your existing history, we will add an upload for the Trakt data export. (can you send us your export file please - we are testing our system on different files to improve it) Simkl is already supported: Settings, Import, Simkl tab. You authorize Seenr on Simkl and we pull shows, movies, anime, ratings and watchlist from their API. There is an API, it powers our own mobile app, and it is not documented publicly yet. We also have token scoped endpoints used by Plex, Jellyfin, Emby and Stremio to push plays in. Happy to talk to the Crosstrack dev directly about what he would need, if you can point him here. -
Why doesn't the Android app keep a manually-added server address?

if you need to use a different address from the usual one, then currently no. But there are open feature requests to allow this to be configurable. -
