Yes, I finally figured out how to do that. First I had to delete the app (not just offload it) and the I could get it to ask for user name and password. That was direct, not via Emby Connect, as you suggested. Thanks for the help.

OK if you have a touch input device connected, then that would be one reason that you wouldn't see arrows. In other words the browser is telling us that your primary input method is touch and so we're adjusting the UI accordingly.

I set a custom path, but it shouldn't be an SMB Share. It was an absolute path for the file system of my QNAP server (which Emby is running on). Although, looking at this now, it is a "symlink". In QNAP. /share/HTPC/MediaBrowser is my metadata custom path, which is local to server, but that is actually a pointer to /share/CACHEDEV1_DATA/HTPC/MediaBrowser (/share/HTPC being the link to /share/CACHEDEV1_DATA/HTPC). I didn't capture screenshots, but I found an interesting scenario. The actor P.J. Byrne was showing up in some Movies, but there wasn't a show on his page (in Emby) and I know he's a main cast of Legend of Korra. I went to Legend of Korra and P.J. Byrne's was having the broken image placeholder (meaning it had not associated the two). A simple Metadata refresh on Legend of Korra fixed the issue for P.J. Byrne (I think this what you suggested would originally work for Christian Kane). I have no idea why that worked there, but not for Christian Kane. Would it be a horrible idea to delete database entries for Christian Kane manually and then load it back in, refresh, perform database vacuum and see what happens?

Perhaps it would also be possible to allow custom repositories, like with Jellyfin...?

Hi Emby Team, I deployed months ago the Trackt Plugin on version 4.8. Apparently was working but at somepoint started to do strange things that did not noticed. On some moment of time synced with Trackt including shows that are not present on my Emby Server. But the worst is now with the new version. Simply does not sync. Tried to force sync from scheduled tasks and always fail: Tried to re-connect with a new key and even the connection is succesfully the task still fails and does not sync anything: Tried to remove the plugin, restart, reinstall, restart, re-connect and even says it's connected nothing is sent to trackt. Additionally, on the log settings page, make sure to read the help text underneath the option.

It looks you have some video files that don't have an audio track, and it's trying to process those over and over. So we need to make sure it ignores those.

Hi Emby Team, Latest version 4.10 even has improved the performance on my PR4100 is creating a new issue, the system never goes into Stan by Mode. I've checked all the forums and found this one on QNAP but even removing all these plugins, the system is still running 24x7. Emby is the only application deployed in this system: Those are my current plugins installed: You can see that most of them are metadata related and the others are triggered by a schedule that happens less than 2 times a week, so doesn't seem to be the problem. Library scan also is triggered once a week. Please note that PR4100 has only options to configure Standby Mode on or off, when it's on and working, goes into sleep mode at 15 minutes of no activity. Attached my embyserver log / hwdetection after a restart in case this helps. Please this is urgent as my HDD are spinning 24x7 with no reason and that decreases their lifetime. you set a custom path to the server metadata folder, right? and this is pointing to an smb share?

I cannot find any changes we've made that would cause this. Both 4.9 and 4.10 are on the dotnet runtime version 8, but 4.10 has an updated maintenance version. It's possible there was a security update that is not allowing something that you were doing.
