1) Making it text would be ugly, the ratings only did it out of necessity. 2) The plan is to copy the TV series aggregation system, so that music will have it's own and then modify it to work with only music related properties. It will be like the TV series, all or nothing. So if not all have for example 44.1k then the icon won't be shown. 3) Plan is music will just be, format (e.g. MP3), bitrate, samplerate, bit depth with support for the tag and filename-based system. 4) That's simple.. That won't be implemented because i don't think that will ever be needed for movies and TV shows! It would though be rather simple to implement, problem is the plugin is already doing a lot and i want to try and limit CPU usage where ever possible.

Thanks for sending the logs. Yet it seems you have sent the log from the session which you started to get the log rather than from the session which exited before. (the logs from from earlier sessions have a timestamp in the name) Can you see anything in the Windows event log about app crash or something?

I'm having this same behaviour where its locked to a maximum 39mbps for quicksync H.265 encoding. I am using Intel 265k. very annoying. hoping theres a new ffmpeg update to unlock it. Vaapi is limited to 59 Mbit/s too, which is low

In 2.2.54 on iPad OS 26.5.2 I had: In settings, downloads, setting tab, a "Downloading 1 of 1" progress bar, regardless of whether I had any video ready to transfer or not. I thought I was stuck. After I deleted other downloaded videos, I believe I freed enough space for that to complete, and watched the progress bar finish, after which I had the video I attempted to download. I think I'm just getting this when running out of space. It would be nice to get a warning of having less than x% free space (or not enough space), I think that would solve most of my problems. It also would be very nice to have sizes shown when when downloading (after conversion) as well as after downloading, so I can make better decisions of what to delete to manage the limited free space I have.

Are you sure the file is still there? Maybe try reconfiguring it on the server network page, click save and then restart the server.

Can you please stop repeatedly suggesting we use a browser. We do not want to rely on a web browser. We want support for our entire library. We do not want to have half our library transcoded. We have numerous reasons for wanting to avoid using a browser, and some reasons for wanting to avoid using the AMD64 build on an AArch64 laptop through a translation layer. The feature request in this discussion is simple, and to the point: We would like to have a native build for Windows on ARM, just like we have it for Linux. So please, kindly stop suggesting us browsers.

Could the Bitrate and Simple rates be rendered as text, like IMDB Ratings are on Movies/Series? That way you'd just need a single kilohertz (kHZ) and kilobit (kbps) icon, and would remove the need to have the snap-to functionality. Audio Codecs can just use the same icons used by Audio streams in video files. Most are the same the same technology, just add in the ones not already included like .FLAC and .ALAC. Also, for some songs in my Music Library, I have both a .MP3 and a .FLAC version. Might a "multiple files" icon be useful, or will EmbyIcons group simply same-type icons together like on video posters? I take it HIRES and REMUX would be equivalent to Source icons (Extended, Deleted, etc). Would there be need for the decisive "Explicit Lyrics" icon? And just to make things more difficult, I can't help but wonder how long before someone requests Bit- and Sample-rate icons for audio streams in video files.

when playing a movie, something is wrong with the player. I get 2 sliders and a gray bar. The 2nd slider (at 12:39) controls the playback position like the 1st one (above) very strange bug.

Just happened again. Firefox version: I loaded a new browser tab with my Emby web client, clicked on the Movies library and the library loaded fine in Date Added order (how I had last looked at it). I then switched to Title order and again, I don't have the "#ABC..." on the right side: Then I changed to Title descending and the "#ABC..." shows up (screen shot not included).

See my post here, figured I would start my own topic in case they are different issues: Here was my original post in that thread: I figured I would add-on to this thread, but if it should be separated out into its own, that is fine as well. Since the latest Windows client update, sometimes it immediately exits out/closes and I have to go back into it. This usually only happens once, rarely twice (but when I turned on debug logging, it happened three times in a row). Then when I go to play something, about 50% of the time it will exit/close out and I have to go back in and then it will usually play fine (sometimes it will close twice). If it helps, I use the WIndows Client with Zero Tier as my virtual network (same concept as Tailscale if you are not familiar) and this is the only Windows Client I have. This does not happen with any of my other Android clients (local network to the server or over ZeroTier network). I will PM the log files you listed above. I should also note that everything was fine (and nothing has changed) before the Windows client was updated. Let me know if you need anything else from me. Thank you.
