I did more troubleshooting from my side and found the problem. I have a free DNS for my server and my friend is hosting it. But he didn't told me he was doing reverse proxy in his equipment so that's why my port number was good for my ip but not my DNS Thanks again for your help, sorry for wasting your time

Luke replied to luckyluca's topic in Linux
Hi, apologies for the disruption. I've pushed an update to the backup plugin, version 1.8.6. Once you have that, please try again. Thanks. -
Sony Bravia TV with EMBY for Andoid TV fails to play

Hi, the subtitle appearance menu is docked to the right side though, right? And this has been added for the next update to the app. -
Add IMAX Enhanced field in metadata tab
ProphetHereticae replied to ProphetHereticae's topic in General/Windows
Hi, thanks for all the reply guys! I already do a collection of imax movie and already put a tag on them for easy recognizable. Yeah, i know this too, but i'm search an easy simply badge in movie details, like 3D format (if movie have it) or the parental classification, like rectangular badge, and keep the poster/cover clean. I thnk an easy way is, the developer just put a simply switch (on/off) in metadata editor for single movies wich have IMAX Enhanced, like 3d format (that let you choose 3d format, not needed here) -
Can you provide a copy of those two files for testing? Thanks.

Not working, says Access token is invalid or expired
-
Gonna try right now
-
maybe the vpn is interfering with the login process. it's probably a good idea to start without it and then add it into the picture once you have things working.
-
Right it's supposed to end in .0. I think that means you may have to wait until a 4.10.1.0 update is out.
-
If an Emby app tries to access an image without providing the required information, that request will fail. We don't think we have any such cases, but that's why it's a hidden config switch for now while we see users report any issues related to it.
-
Yes I am sure, like I said my server name appear after I entered the URL and the VPN is on the server, could it be that ? URL don't work but IP Address does ?
-
hi, are you sure you entered the correct dns/url ? is any part of the connection running through a vpn?

Tells me I need a password to my own account for my server
Luke replied to Donovan1's topic in Android Server
HI, Emby is the software. By "website", we mean the owners of the Emby server that you are trying to connect to. Who are they? We don't have any control over someone's individual server machine that you are connecting to. -
@ebr?

@ebrAnd I think @yocker has just unintentionally demonstrated one of the problems with judging this feature purely by how many people used it. He's a Top Contributor with more than 2,000 posts, and even he first had to clarify what we were actually talking about. Now that he understands it, he's curious about the SMB functionality. That's exactly my point: how can you reliably conclude that too few users are interested in Direct File Access when many users may not even know what it is, what the “Shared network folder” field is for, or that Android TV used to support it? Low usage is measurable. Low interest is not the same thing. If a feature is barely known, barely exposed and hasn't been available on Android for years, then its historical usage numbers tell you very little about how many current users might actually find it useful if they knew it existed. @yocker has just provided a rather nice real-world example of that — without we even having to look for one. Your development team would do better to focus on existing issues rather than new features. This example alone is an absolute disgrace – look at what you’re getting up to:

Hi there, what exactly do you mean by stuck on schedule? What exactly makes you think that it's stuck?
-
Hi, you generally shouldn't have to restart the server after making settings changes. What makes you think you need to do that? Hi, what bugs are you referring to? We are happy to help.

It looks like you have not logged in to the account you setup. Since you profile says Guest. You need to login to your account to delete it.

I would like a feature that removed it from radarr/sonarr too. Looking forward to use this plugin. Right now I am using maintainerr. My use case is delete files from radarr/sonarr when they are older than 90days for the files that are in /hdd1/content only. Not from hdd2. Hdd1 - it is used to current content. Hdd2 - long term storage.

It is the same but the Album name is different, emby picked "Trailers" as the Album name while in the metadata and the MusicBrainz db it is "ArmA Reforger Soundtrack". The file in the working album: The file in the wrong album: Their Album Artists as well as MusicBrainz IDs are the same.
