First off, i didnt say thwe writing was wrong, i just tried to make a point that sometimes users get it wrong for a number of reasons. Im happy for you. If so many users get it wrong, why not make it an admin-setting, and then it can be disabled and enabled per users like the other per/user options? /N

Are you asking if I have any external locations mapped onto my NAS? That answer is no. I have Windows computers that use SMB to access the NAS filesystem, but not the other way around.

Thanks for the videos. I'd really like to see your logs but they don't come through. You say you have not modified the device but I also notice in your video that the OSD does not fill the entire screen. This is usually an indication of running a non-TV OS on the device and may be related to both why we cannot get logs and whatever is happening with this feature for you. Do you have any other Android TV device you can test with?

As an update to the original question of this thread and due to popular demand, I will now say that we will do our best to keep the TV app as an option for as long as feasible and update it as we can with new features. It will probably never have server-side admin type features though. Thanks for your continued support.

Right that's why the option was renamed to just "Hide information and images from unwatched episodes"

@Jmackay82I've found some problems in the app. Some changes were made at the server side that the app had not adjusted to. This should be corrected in the next beta. Thanks for reporting.

Doesnt change my point, like @ebrsaid, its a mental connection to spoilers. The reason this happened in my case whas that my girlfriend hates the themes/trailers playing when choosing an item, so she went in to the settings and thought she could disable them momentarily and she thought they were "spoilers" And she didnt tell me that she had tried to disable them. As i said, not as easy as just not understanding. /N

@matrixtechI added a new toggle for you in v1.1.0.0. However, when enabled Recap/Preview skips will be entirely disabled as there is no native marker support for them.

Hi, what exactly happens?

It seems solvable via nginx configuration, at least according to what I've read.

But this is not a server settting.. Its a app setting, that users can change to there liking.
