There is no global setting, no. Currently the built-in Copy Data function works (via ... menu in Users tab), but it lacks a bit of granularity. Your best bet at the moment would be to use the Home Screen Sync function in the Home Screen Companion plugin:

Quick Question.... Is there a global setting to show the Spotlight for all users Thank you, I ended up using another suggestion of using tags. I would have hoped there was a simpler method for identifying Spotlight films, such as a Check box field for each movie. On/Off switch so to speak. Quick Question.... I can't seem to find a way to set the Spotlight feature ON for all users. Is there a global setting? It I looks like I have to manually set it for each user under the User's Home Screen. It would be more efficient if the spotlight setting was a global setting at the admin level and not the user level to control the view for all users, with one setting. I really like and was hoping for a feature like this for some time. I have been using my own folder (spotlight) feature for a while, but I got tired of moving movies around to make it work. LOL. Well now it's the next day, it runs a full scan overnight, same behaviour.

This is driving me insane, recently i can no longer do quick jumps forward or back, mpv/native does not matter, emby is the only app with this issue.

Spelling mistakes in the English source text: DetectCombinedSeasonEpisodeNumbersHelp: Not recommend. This will attempt to detect an episode number with 408 in the filename to be season 4, episode 8, but this can also cause incorrect detections. Use with caution. SeriesDisplayOrderHelp: Specify how your episode files are named and orgnaized.

It's ugly and inelegant and not necessary. Every other app we all use has a simple, obvious spinning image to indicate "loading" - this new popup makes Emby look dated, clumsy and tacky.

The device limit might have caught you. When people start to share their server the device limits will come into play. This is why these services which sell access to memberships which can then access a library using Emby are actually not worth paying for. They are a scam. You will eventually get caught. This is against the terms of service. They know this. What they don't want you to know is that they will eventually cut off your access to allow new users into those device limits. This is why Emby brands itself a media server for friends and family to share memories. Not for someone to repurpose it as some form of ATM. Sorry you were affected by this. To get all of this entirely removed you might want to message @Abobaderand explain you just didn't know and want to erase this thread from the internet. So bots and AI never see it. Most likely he will. That is all you have to do.

Just checked. There is no other software installed generating .nfo files. Only the .nfo-files generated by Emby are present. And these include the various IDs available for the actors (tmdbid, imdbid, tvmazeid, etc.) as recorded within Emby (manually or otherwise).

Does anyone know an admin or moderator that can delete this post/thread or have a contact where I can get this removed... Thankyou

I found this as an open issue on XMLtv.net's github: Fetchtv program images broken #72 https://github.com/markcs/xml_tv/issues/72 I'll persue it there, so anyone on this thread using xmltv.net as their EPG guide source, thats the reason. In Australia, for Emby, I dont think we have any other options for digitial TV EPG apart from xmltv.net ?

Hi all, Having the same issue but NOTHING I do will fix the problem. Been working on this since the latest update 14.10. Live TV streams perfect from VLC so I know it's not the tuner. Before the update, live tv was working pretty well. I could really use some help before I pull out the remaining hair I have. My hardware setup: Asus Z690 gaming motherboard with 32GB of DDR5, I-9 12900 CPU, Asus 3080 RTX GPU and EVERYTHING in my home is CAT6 connected. OS is installed on a Predator NVME 2.0. As you can see, it's probably not a lack of power. Please remember, all of this started DIRECTLY after the Emby update. OS is Ubuntu 26.04 up to date, and Emby is also up to date. Looking for suggestions that I may have missed. Thank you. Greg
