Are you using the Android TV app? That's the only one that can show these inline anymore and that is optional. You can turn it off in settings.

In the two screen shots I posted above, the one at the top is my Shield, the one at bottom is a view of the Emby library. The 'Cast and Crew' is dramatically different. This was never the case when I ran Emby on my QNAP server, but that was a QPK install. The new install is Docker on a UGREEN machine.

SA2000 - very many thanks for this. I have followed your instructions. I have now found and entered the necessary PIN which allowed me to sign in but without a password. Is this correct?? So, I now have access to Emby again, which is great. Many thanks - Roy Simpson

I have the server and have one other person as another user. He was on a single TV, logged in watching for nearly two hours and was cut off with the above notice.

Small update. Removed the Music Library ignore from the plugin and can see what I need to do. First off, posters for music libraries use a different scale, not really an issue but will require the 200x300 feature to ignore music libraries. Need to add bitrate and sample rate icon support. The troubleshooter needs to be updated with said icons. Update the cache to work with new icons. Update profile system. Update UI. Update help page. Get new icons made (please help!). Update filename-based and tag system. And some things I most likely have forgotten. Ir does sound worse than it is though, most trouble some well be the troubleshooter, rest is quite straight forward but boring. Anyway, just a small update and a plea for someone to make the icons.

@Luke Any plans to address this now that it's been over 8 months since it was first reported? This is still a critical security gap on v3.5.36. The app isn't forcing a re-authentication check when resuming from the background via the Home button, completely breaking user profile isolation (and making it trivial for kids to access admin/parent profiles). Can we get an update on fixing the resume/focus lifecycle hooks for the Android app?

I updated emby to 4.9.5 just now and when I click settings on emby it does not show the settings page it superimposes it over the top of the home page Thanks Danny

HI I don"t know if this is right placer this question on my Mac when I startup emby it says that emby may not work in future update of Mac something to do with emby is an intel system and Mac is moving away from that will emby update so Mac users can still use it thanks Danny

Tried it but always fell back to Tidal and Spotify instead plus they have lossless option now a days. I don't have that many CD's to rip either and i don't think vinyl records would sound good being ripped. Spotify and Tidal are services i have no problem paying for as they are convenient and works. I also have friends that release music on Spotify, öffelhorn being one of the bands of my friends (Bit of free advertisement for them there.. )

Nothing, screen with spinning circle and background wallpaper then back to movie view. Same issue as when the windows client stopped working for a while. Even now it still doesn’t work properly. Youtube is blocking emby somehow.
