I think there is a bug on the new version 3.0.6070. Under latest media banner images use to have titles bottom left when a metadata scan didn't find a banner image with title on it. I did a test, went back to version 3.0.6060 they show up but not there on 3.0.6070. Was wandering if its a bug or its my server? THANK YOU Guys For All Your Hard Work.
