If content is removed from your emby server, then it will automatically be removed from your kodi. If emby still sees the delete content, run a library scan should fix it in both emby and kodi. My dupe issue is completely Kodi related, It's on my Kodi box without Emby. It's why I'm trying to get rid of Kodi. I prefer the look and navigation of Emby over Kodi.
