As reported in a earlier post, http://emby.media/community/index.php?/topic/24797-not-able-to-view-scheduled-tasks-since-recent-update/, I have issues with viewing plugins page and scheduled task.  The bigger issue here is that emby server lasts about 10 minutes at most before it crashes with an unhandled exception.  Now I don't have a stable version to revert to.  Is there anything I can do to either fix this or is there a way to get back to the last stable version?  This makes it impossible to use emby at all.   :(  (Emby just crashed as I was typing this).

If only I could get it to update to the dev, then maybe I would be set...

What do you mean?  You aren't able to update?

Here is a direct link to Dev (currently 3.0.5724.37047)

try removing the plugin dll's from the program data folder and restart the server. after that if everything is working normally, add them back one at a time

Got down to an empty plugins folder, no change in behavior.

p.s. Sorry to waste your time with this.  If there's anything you think I can do to my system, etc.. that might alleviate this, let me know.  I can rebuild my library etc... if necessary.  I'll find a way to sync with trakt or something.

Decided to do a fresh install and everything seems to be fine now.  On the plus side, I've got the new directory of Emby-Server instead of media browser.

Sorry I forgot to follow up. But saw from the logs that it was due to the server startup processes not completing on your machine. I think i saw it once before with someone else and there was some kind of hang when trying to start the http server. I was just going to suggest rebooting. Glad you solved it.
