dragon2611 27 Posted September 1, 2015 Share Posted September 1, 2015 (edited) Has the supporter Key format changed in 3.0.5675.1, I should have a Lifetime Supporter for 3.x but when I login to the webUI it's not recognising that I am infact a supporter.Tried re-entering the key and restarting the Emby server from the webUI but it crashed on restart, was able to restart it again manually afterwoods but it still thinks I'm not a supporter.Server did have an unclean shutdown recently due to the power being lost (Problem at the site took out the power and the UPS's) Edited September 1, 2015 by dragon2611 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Solution dragon2611 27 Posted September 1, 2015 Author Solution Share Posted September 1, 2015 (edited) Tried the forgot key option, it emailed me the same key as I was entering.It looks like Emby accepts the Key but it the admin UI doesn't show as a supporter and after restarting Emby I get "Please support Emby" in the admin interface.
