Chromecast and subtitles

Now that we are starting to see almost stable chromecast support in the android mobile client, I'm going to do the thing that you should never do. Ask about the plans of yet to be implemented feature... *grin*

 

I know that Chromecast is still lacking support for subtitle switching and it's not really a bug at this point. Yet, the lack of subtitle switching is a major issue for some of us. Currently it's the only reason I hover back and forth with Plex. Plex isn't treating me too well at the moment (some intermittent database issues) so thus, I decided to come here and ask instead of spending this few moments on fixing the database

 

What I'm looking for is a vague timeline. Whether the subtitle switching support is planned in the near future or just something coming further down the line.

I actually already put it in but it's currently only for text subtitle switching. if it has to stop the transcoding and restart with a new url to burn them in, that's not implemented yet.
