Metadata not collecting all actors

I am running 3.0.5675.1 and having an issue where new tv shows are not grabbing any actors images/info.

 

I am getting writers and directors which are displayed in the cast tab in some seasons but no cast tab is showing on the main program screen.

 

Films are being grabbed as normal its just the tv stuff.

 

I have the boxes checked that need to be checked 

 

 

 

Edit went into metadata manager and did an manual refresh and all the actors appeared now so it looks as if its not grabbing from the Scheduled Tasks
