Koleckai Silvestri 1150
Album Art is basically square. If not a 1:1 ratio, it is very close. This is what it should look like: When you apply Cover Art treatments, the aspect ratio is changed to an improper 3:2. It looks like this: As you can see the images are distorted in the second image. It is even worse if you use the "Poster Card" listing for Albums as the top half of the treated image is cut off.
Koleckai Silvestri 1150
Have to have the option for original aspect off for this issue: http://emby.media/community/index.php?/topic/18895-coverart-bad-scaling/?hl=cover&do=findComment&comment=183102
ebr 14913
Sounds like it is working as designed - unless I mis-understood. Do you have "Use Original Art Aspect" checked?
Koleckai Silvestri 1150
No, I don't. If it is checked then the images for Movie Posters, Collections and Television series are broken and cut off at the top. As per the linked thread above. Sometimes a bad design needs to be rethought. The option should be per treatment.
ebr 14913
You can solve this problem with the Profile feature. Simply create a profile for your music location and select the option in it.
Koleckai Silvestri 1150
Hmm.. seems to work. Thanks. Profiles work differently than I thought they would. Didn't want to get into a user by user configuration nightmare.
