Log attached.     Log shows: Busy: database is locked SQLitePCL.pretty.SQLiteException: Exception of type 'SQLitePCL.pretty.SQLiteException' was thrown.   I have already shut down server and deleted the file of refreshinfo.db.  But then the server wouldn't start so I reinstalled server over top.  Server now runs but I still get the error.  Thinking this was permissions I applied rights to this folder tree to all users.  Still no luck though.  Any help you can provide would be appreciated.   E
