Hi, as we all know, Emby and Jellyfin's built-in exoplayer sucks, so we all want to use a third-party player, such as MX Player.(Download link is here: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.mxtech.videoplayer.ad) But there's a problem with using third party players, it's not possible to load separate subtitle files.   But like the video shows, this problem was solved by Jellfin a few years ago, and Jellyfin can easily load external subtitles when using MX Player player
