When I watch live TV through the Roku, I have to force it to use a lower quality (720p, 6 mbps) to have smooth TV. When I watch it through the Web App, I do not need to do this. The only problem is that when I go to a station, I have to remember to lower the quality. I can't tell the difference between full quality and the 6 mbps when watching TV.
