Hey Guys,

In recent weeks I have had multiple remote Roku users complaining to me that when they try to log in they only have 3 profiles to choose from on the login screen.  I have a few more than three profiles on my server. They say that they cannot scroll up or down and that their profile just isn't there to choose from.

Is the any way to fix this?  I have three family members using the same account at the moment because their profile isn't showing up.

Thanks in advance for the help.  They sent me pics of the login screens but honestly I don't own a roku so I cannot test this myself.

I will be happy to provide logs but I am just not sure what you would need yet.

Check their user permissions to see if they're hidden from login screens.

They can always login by manually entering their username.

They all have the correct permissions and have had them for a long time.  This just suddenly changed.  I directed one of my users to log in manually and it told him that his username was invalid.

Did they try to login via Connect?

If they access your server via the web app, do they see their profile there?

Yes one user tried to login via connect and said that the server wasn't there after that. Then he backed out and typed in the ip address manually and only my admin profile and two other users were there to choose from. Another remote user said the same thing.

Here is what they are seeing.  I have 7 profiles on my server and only three show up.  This is only happening on Roku as far as I can tell.

I just ticked enable access from all devices for this user..  I wonder if that will help.  They never had this issue before though from this same device.

That is possibly the reason as once you uncheck that box, they lose access to all devices unless you manually enable them individually.

Ok just here to report back. Not to long ago I had to kick a user off and I locked it down a bit. I only allowed certain approved devices from users. This user failed to mention to me that he was trying to log in from his girlfriend's house.

Thanks guys sorry to be a bother. Keep up the good work!
