"Now Playing" playlist issue when casting to Chromecast Audio/Built-in

When casting music to a Chromecast Audio or Chromecast built-in, the songs inside the "Now Playing" playlist disappear when switching to another app or when the screen turns off, I have to press back to the previous screen and return to the "now playing" screen again to fix it, besides this, tapping on any song in that list won't start playback, it only skips to the next song when pressing the "previous or "next" buttons:
