Repeated Error in logs

Hi, I am seeing this error repeatedly in the logs. I have uninstalled my plugins to the bare minimum. Disabled scheduled tasks. After restart, I minimized my activities and it usually occurs when I am playing something. The following is the error that is repeatedly being logged. At first, the Debug App part did not show and it was difficult to know what was causing this issue. Once I enabled debugging, it shows this 200.0.81.81 IP Address which links to some Brazilian site I have never heard of. Agência Nacional de Telecomunicações (Anatel). Should I be worried that someone is spying on me?

Edit: I am seeing a lot more ip addresses that seem to be giving me this error: 103.95.221.0, 178.237.56.155, 74.91.119.181.
