JTLocio123 0
SamES 890
Uninstall the app again, then remove power from the tv for a minute. Makes sure the app has definitely been removed, then install the app again. Please let us know if this helps.
JTLocio123 0
Nada feito! Fica do mesmo jeito! Alguma outra dica?
SamES 890
Do you get the 'Welcome to Emby' screen? How did you uninstall the app?
JTLocio123 0
@SamES Não aparece a tele de Bem vindo! Fica parado nessa mesma tela que coloquei acima. Desinstalei, na opção Editar - Excluir no LG content
SamES 890
After removing the app, did you remove power from the tv for a minute before reinstalling from the app store? What model number is your TV? Is this the steps you did to uninstall? (from : How to add and remove apps on your 2018 LG TV - LG TV Settings Guide: What to Enable, Disable and Tweak | Tom's Guide (tomsguide.com)) Quote 1. Enter Edit Mode. While in edit mode, you can move the app up and down the length of the scrolling ribbon menu using the right and left direction buttons on the remote. 2. Delete unwanted apps. To delete an app, press up to select the X over an individual app tile. Select once the X is highlighted, press Enter to delete the app. 3. Confirm deletion. Once you chose to delete an app, you'll be asked, "Are you sure you want to delete?" Select Yes to confirm the deletion. 4. Exit Edit Mode. Once you've finished moving or deleting an app, you can exit the Edit Mode by selecting the Done button. Edited July 10, 2021 by SamES
JTLocio123 0
Fiz exatamente isso… Removi da tomada por mais de 5 minutos e continuou da mesma forma. A remoção foi feita dessa maneira, através do Editar e depois Excluir.
SamES 890
It sounds like you have now tried all the options, except 1 more to go. uninstalling should have removed all evidence of the app, and even without an Emby server available you should still get the Welcome to Emby screen. Your only other option is to do a factory reset on your tv. This will remove all apps and settings, so you will need to add everything back again. It is a last resort but you have tried everything else. In rare cases, I have seen this as necessary to resolve some issues like yours. What model is your tv? SamES 890
What language do you have the server and TV set to? I’m wondering if there is a problem loading the language translation that might cause this issue. @Luke??
