NovelPirate 0
Hello, I hope I am doing this properly. I am a new emby user. I have an emby premiere account, and have been loving it so far. Right now, I'm running into a strange issue that I cant seem to figure out. Emby seems to recognize almost everything, and anything it doesn't recognize, it still shows up but with it's file name. My tv shows are stored in /tv/. For this case, its /tv/Black.Mirror-2011/. Heres what my files look like, inside of that directory. ./Season.01/Black.Mirror-S01E01-The.National.Anthem-Bluray-1080p.mkv ./Season.01/Black.Mirror-S01E02-Fifteen.Million.Merits-HDTV-720p.mkv ./Season.01/Black.Mirror-S01E03-The.Entire.History.of.You-WEBDL-720p.mkv For some reason, emby will recognize Episodes 2 and 3, but will not recognize or even show a file name for episode 1. Here's the logs, with my IP and server name edited for privacy. 2021-06-16 21:07:58.739 Info Server: http/1.1 GET http://not.realserver.name/Items/544931/Images/Primary?maxWidth=400&tag=71ca48cc09718edc4d3e57cedef3fcdf&quality=90. Luke 36999
Hi there, have you compared your file and folder naming to our TV naming guide? https://support.emby.media/support/solutions/articles/44001159110-tv-naming

The names are fine. One episode out of 4,000 episodes I have is not showing up. It's name is the same structure and convention as the rest. NovelPirate 0
It appears, its just not updating the library. Its showing a "folder" in the middle of my tv shows that hasn't existed in 2 days. I've tried restarting the service entirely. Tried a manual scan. Nothing seems to work
