Q-Droid 634 Posted June 19, 2021 Share Posted June 19, 2021 It looks like UID, ownership and permissions are handled for existing media though no ACLs. If you have multiple applications with different users creating media files and directories then I think the link below is what you need and the next step for you to be all set. zachattack83 3 Posted June 20, 2021 Author Share Posted June 20, 2021 Awesome, that doesn't seem to complicated at all. Everything seems to be working with it as it is set up. I think your mention of the ACLs on the OMV really helped, also with changing the GID for the emby group/user to match. The ms uid may not match, but its part of the emby group, so I think it is getting permissions that way?
