Has the collections library been removed? I did see some patchnotes concerning collections. However I don't remember anything about removing the library of it? Collections themselves aren't gone, they can still very much be found in libraries under the collection tab. Also I never used the library myself as I know where to find the tab, but while creating a new account for a friend, I noticed I couldn't give him access to the collections library.
