B1ackBaicai 0
Hi @ebr This issue happened just after I update the Android TV app to the 2.0 version. The previous version I have used ( which I don't know the exact version number) is able to work normally. I consider the pervious version is the lastest version before Andorid TV app 2.0. ebr 14862
Okay, this is probably fixed in the latest beta. It is due to the non-standard OS version.

ebr 14862
If you do a fresh install and set the app to show the login screen, can you get to the user screen where there is a send logs button? If so, please cause the problem and then send a log from that screen. Thanks.
B1ackBaicai 0
Hi, I've uninstalled the app then install again. The app freezes after I choosing the user "admin", at the mean time, I select the "Report the issue" button. I'll update the log from the sever, I think it'll help. Thanks a lot. embyserver.txt
Carlo 4328
Hi, just taking a look at only your server log you are having trouble connecting to outside URLs such as Emby's servers. You should check any firewall or malware type settings to make sure these aren't blocking the server from outside communication.

B1ackBaicai 0
The app on the Andorid TV can't connect to the outside URL may cause by the GFW. I install the local Emby servel on my Synology nas. The server usually connect to the HK network to get data as you can see the gateway in log is 192.168.50.9 I'll try to change the internet settings of the Android TV to make sure the log can be sent out. Thanks a lot.
