I can access any page I want, and both the menu and the content of the dashboard pages scroll as expected. As it appears you don't have Premiere on your server, I removed it from mine to see if that made any difference, but it didn't. It will probably be necessary to know more details of your device, and also to see the server log from the time you are trying to use it, in order to be able to make any suggestions.
