Hi there!

I decided to give emby another try on my rpi 3b+. It wasnt working for me last year, and i didnt take a look at it for a long time.

Emby is:

dpkg -l | grep emby
ii emby-theater 3.0.15-1 armhf Emby Theater for Electron

image is: (from here: https://emby.media/community/index.php?/topic/42868-emby-theater-for-linux/ , but probably an older image)

lsb_release -a
No LSB modules are available.
Distributor ID: Raspbian
Description: Raspbian GNU/Linux 10 (buster)
Release: 10
Codename: buster

Emby Theater starts but the menu is super super slow. (like reaction every odd minute)
Playing a movie (1080p) is below 1fps. Sometimes there is sound, sometimes not.

I did run a rpi-update and rebooted a couple of minutes ago. there are no updates availabel that i could install:

pi@schlafzimmer:~ $ sudo apt update
Hit:1 http://archive.raspberrypi.org/debian buster InRelease
Hit:2 http://raspbian.raspberrypi.org/raspbian buster InRelease

The following packages were automatically installed and are no longer required:
  libdrm-etnaviv1 libllvm6.0 libllvm8 libmicrodns0 libva-wayland2 rpi-eeprom-images
Use 'sudo apt autoremove' to remove them.
0 upgraded, 0 newly installed, 0 to remove and 0 not upgraded.

Server is: 4.5.4.0

Can you help me please?

Same problem with the regular RP3 B.

Emby theater is broken, chopy and can barely playback.  Just moving around in the gui gets the overheat cpu warning. Audio-playback works and is not chopy as the picture.

Web-gui works fine in chromium and playback works. Without audio tho, but that might be a separate issue but youtube works fine.
