squ4ress 0 Posted April 30, 2021 Share Posted April 30, 2021 Hey, i got a weird behavior, when i try to change any setting of a user, and try to save it, it wont do anything. The rotating circle won't go away, if i reload the page, no entry is changed. I can create and delete new users, but not existing ones. I restored my emby backup, everything works now, except the user database part. Maybe a corrupted database, or permission issues? It runs on Ubuntu 20.04 Maybe someone can help me, because i dont want to set up all users again ^^ Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

squ4ress 0 Posted April 30, 2021 Author Share Posted April 30, 2021 I looked through the logs, but couldnt find anything, my database was defective of some kind. but what i did to solve this was: i created a backup with the server configuration backup plugin. I purged the emby installation with all folders, reinstalled it, and restored my data with the backup plugin. ( i couldnt restore it until i reinstalled emby) now my server works 100% and is reachable via my reverse proxy. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
