setting up google drive plugin - not working

hey guys right now I'm trying to set up a google drive with my emby account following these (https://support.emby.media/support/solutions/articles/44001162194-google-drive) instructions. I went through them and when I finally finished I got this message:

I'm really kind of bad with tech stuff so is there an easier way to do this? What am I doing wrong?

Setting up Google Drive with Emby  to sync media for remote users is hard because Google has made it quite the labor of setting all the different permissions needed.

I would remove it all on Google and start again following the guide exactly without any skipped steps.  Sometimes Google will move something so it could be under a menu but the "step" still needs to be done.

Just looking at that error it looks like you skipped the the main part of setup which is setting up the Google Drive API.
