HDR movie video bugs but working in Android TV and LG

Hi everyone i have a movie wich the video stop at some frames and the song continue it play fine in other platforms Android TV (SHIELD) and LG (C9) but not on my smartphone (Huawei p30 pro) the movie sample is below. so you can test and and try to fix it.

Should be this video tested on other devices such as Iphone and Apple TV as well. If the Emby teams can do that or if there is any beta tester wich want to improve and relate her exeperiance.
