Downloaded content (quality original) with incompatible audio tracks

Hi,

I have some episodes with E-AC3 audio.

Playing on tablet (Mediapad T5 android)  the file is transcoded

Playing the downloaded files cause a playback error.

There's some trick or workaround to download a transcoded version only for episode with incompatible audio tracks?

No displayed reasons..I think is E-AC3 audio...

When playing from the server it looks like it tried to direct play, and then the player had an error with the file so it automatically switched to transcoding. Can you provide a log from the android app:
