"No compatible stream are currently available" error on Synology DS213

I am new to Emby and recently installed it on my old Synology DS213. Unfortunately, I am struggling with the "No compatible stream are currently available" error for which I did not find a solution. Right now, I can't play any movies, mp3 audio files or Life TV channels (IPTV). All show the same error. So Emby is completely useless.

What I tried until now:

  • I reinstalled everything from scratch.
  • I checked all folder privileges, all are ok.
  • All file paths are ok.
  • I can download files to my computer and play them without any issues.

Any ideas how this could be solved?

A Synology guru will have to assist but there is something not right with ffmpeg.

ok, so that ruins my first theory.

If you ssh to your nas and run this command

/lib/libc.so.6

what is the output?

But I am on the same DSM version.

So not sure why, afraid you will have wait for someone with more knowledge. Sorry

I am running DSM 6.2.3-25426 Update 3.

Hi, is this the latest DSM update available for your NAS?

Hi,
It was, but today, I received an update to DSM 6.2.4-25556.
I installed it, but it did not solve the problem. Still getting the same error message.
